Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for sizing/length issues within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process
- Contact us with your name and order number and reason for exchange
- We will provide return instructions and return address
- The item must be sent back in unworn and original condition
- Once received and inspected, we will approve the exchange
- The replacement item will then be shipped to you
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags and packaging
Sizing Information
Our abayas are sized based on length rather than standard sizing, and include adjustable waist ties for a flexible and comfortable fit.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you and send out the replacement size if approved.
Items that do not meet our return conditions may not be accepted.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale of more than 40% off or during promotions may be final sale unless otherwise stated.
